Asbestos Disposal

Asbestos disposal throughout Italy

Asbestos Storage System

At Zetadi, we also manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste with maximum respect for the environment, along with the recycling and recovery of sorted waste. Our original activity, which began in 2006, dealt with the storage and disposal of materials containing asbestos. This was just the first step toward constant growth in the waste sector. Today, this has come to encompass numerous classes and categories of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including the disposal of compact and friable asbestos and all asbestos-containing products.
Asbestos was used until the eighties to insulate buildings, roofs, ships, trains... As a building material in the form of a fibre-cement composite, also known by its commercial name 'Eternit', it was used to manufacture tiles, floors, pipes, etc. The production, processing and sale of asbestos were outlawed in Italy in 1992. This hazardous waste must therefore be correctly disposed of. With its own storage facility, Zetadi guarantees the correct 'end of life' management of these materials.

Multi-year experience in the field

With our many years of experience in the difficult sector of environmental services, Zetadi guarantees interventions in compliance with the law and in line with all conventions for environmental respect.
Finally, our staff works using all necessary measures for the treatment, safety and correct disposal of waste.

Our continuous propensity for environmental sustainability has pushed us to go beyond our operational boundaries, from simple storage and intermediation, to the collection and recycling of waste.
